The PPP Scam

There are many examples of rampant corruption, fraud and abuse within the trump administration but the PPP scam is one of the morally disgusting demonstrations of cynicism and blatant disregard for the needs of fellow citizens during a national crises. The bill to provide funds for the Payroll Protection Program were intended help small businesses pay their employees during shutdowns caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. 

There have been administration whistle blowers that have reported to the Dept. of Justice widespread fraud within the program. The trump administration has done practically nothing throughout this pandemic to help people and the one thing that they have bragged about has turned out to be a totally corrupt program where people connected to the administration have gotten sweetheart deals and boat loads of money for personal gain. 

There are many examples such as megachurch pastors buying personal jet planes with PPP money that was supposed to be used by their churches. Pro quarterback Tom Brady has allegedly recently purchased a multi-million dollar yacht after his company got a PPP loan. Of course he is a trumpie too.
