Russia has been officially banned from the Olympics because of their athletes testing positive for using banned drugs in the previous games. However, the Russian athletes have been allowed to compete under the Russian Olympic Committee instead of the national team. Apparently that has not stopped the Russians from cheating by giving their athletes banned substances. This week a 15 year old Russian figure skater has tested positive for using steroids. If Russia is banned from the Olympics then why are there still Russians competing in the Olympics and still getting caught cheating. Just another Russian doping scandal just like in 2018. Before it was entire teams and now so far it is a little girl skater.
Some non-Olympic legal organization has ruled that she can compete and now the entire Olympics has a Russian stain.
