I read this eye opener in February 2019.
This is a brilliant and informative polemic on the misinformation and monopolist aims of the big tech oligarchs that continue to negatively influence the democracy of America. Now even more so as the oligarchs align themselves with the MAGA dystopian regime. The author identifies important problems and suggest some reasonable solutions. However, the main takeaway of the book and the bottom line is that anything from Big Tech that is free is not really free... there is a cost.
