Third Floor Cleanup - Paperwork

Another aspect of the third floor cleanup has been the paperwork. I couldn't believe how many boxes of files and papers were scattered about and then of course there is the file cabinet. The bottom drawer is full of tax papers and the other one was filled with lots of stuff.

One box contained paperwork related to the purchase and sale of how previous house and also the current home.

Some of the paperwork has been placed in paper bags and placed into the recycle bin and some other papers needed to be shredded. Then the shredded paper is put into white trash bags and added to the recycle bin. Everyday over the past week Becky has done some shredding. I've done some too but I'm mostly sorting through the papers and files every day. Some of the papers have also been placed directly into a trash bag for the regular trash bin.

This is going to be a long process that will be taking some significant time but we are making progress.
