Voices Carry - Songs 1985 FV

The first of my reworking of the Songs 1985 mix series. An hour and a half of new wave sounds from that year. I was working as a DJ during that time in the 80's and played most of these songs in the sound booth. The first few songs were really big hits in that bar.

I particularly liked playing that Level 42 song. It really got the crowd going. Kid Creole too. The opening song was always something I really liked and then the lead singer Aimee Mann would go on to be one of my favorite artist of the 90's and beyond.
