Shoulder Pull

I pulled a muscle in my shoulder while hanging laundry. I'm not sure how that happened. After leaving the backyard my shoulder was in some serious pain. It must have been the way I was reaching for the clothes or maybe it was carrying the laundry basket. Maybe it was because I was in a rush.

Why the rush? Sean and Ashely had just arrived with the kids and were coming into the backyard. Andrew was so happy to see us. Autumn too. They were stopping by for a little while on their way back from Angola before heading home. They really wanted to see Karen too.

I could barely move my shoulder so I took some ibuprofen and then put some ice on my shoulder. I'll just have to see how it goes.
