300 Million Dead

According to the President of the US 300 million Americans died last year from drug overdoses. Yes, the trumpian orange turd said that. I heard him myself spewing that dementia nonsense during an interview. The current population of the US is 340 million people.

Everyday he says crazy lies. Everyday, multiple times a day. Actually 75,000 people did die of drug overdoses last year and that is tragic but that is also a big difference between 75,000 and 300,000,000.
