Pasta & Sausage

Becky loves to make a pasta dinner and I certainly get to enjoy it. We had some Italian sausage left over so that was a good reason to cook up some pasta. She made some Gia Russo penne rigate pasta along with some peppers, onions and dried tomatoes with some basil pesto to add. The sauce was a tomato basil marinara from Trader Joe's which was quite good. Everything went well with the Italian chicken sausage. And then there was our favorite fresh bread from the Co-op. A very nice dinner.
