Becky's Chicken Taco Soup

It's been a very cold and snowy day... perfect for Becky making her wonderful chicken taco soup. Chicken, rice, carrots, corn, beans simmering on the stove. When ready to serve add chopped up tomatoes, extra sharp cheddar cheese and some taco chips. Put a little tabasco green pepper sauce in and dip some fresh bread. So delicious and satisfying for dinner on a Buffalo winter evening.  Plenty of leftovers too.
