He spent about an hour and a half working on our system. When I mentioned that our basement was cold when the ac was on he applied some metal tape to all the vent connections where air had been escaping. He also spent some considerable time tuning up and cleaning the ac unit in the backyard.
They will be back in October to tune up the heating system for the winter.
