Plague of Big White Trucks

We have a plague of big white pick-up trucks on our block. There are three of them that neighbors own and park on our street. Not in the driveways but on the street where they often protrude into people's driveways and because of their extreme width make it harder to pull out of one's driveway and make the turn on the street. Especially when they are across the street from each other which does happen.

One of them in particular is really obnoxious and is the most recent one on the block. It has a really large exhaust pipe that is at least three times the normal size and it is very loud. Every time he starts the truck the house shakes if he is close by which he often is. He lives across the street a few houses down. He does try to park in front of his house but he comes and goes at all hours so he is mostly somewhere down or up the street almost across someone's driveway.
