Branches Coming Down

Over the past few weeks we've had a lot of tree branches either come down or just hang from the trees dead. Fortunately nothing big has come down taking wires with it but that is always a possibility and concern. It has probably been the recent heat wave and lack of rain that has caused these problems.

A couple of large branches have come down in Pat's yard next door. One was from our tree so I cut it up and bagged it. The couple of big logs left we will take out to bulk trash pickup next month.

There is one large dead branch in one of our trees directly over the area where we keep our backyard chairs positioned. Well, I moved the chairs several feet forward so that if the branch did come down while we were sitting in the chairs it wouldn't hit us.
