Becky went online and ordered a new chair for her studio this week and it promptly arrived. It's amazing how long her chairs in the studio have lasted. She has several of them and some are leftovers from when she held classes for students in her studio. Some of those chairs had originally been in the Canisius College Library which I had acquired when they were discarded during a building renovation in the late 1990's. They go back several decades before then. So she finally ordered a nice new comfortable chair which was delivered to the house. I decided to put it partially together at home and then bring it over to the studio for the final assembly. I opened the box and assembled some of the parts like the foot rest and the wheel and leg assembly.
I placed the various pieces and parts in several smaller boxes that Becky could take over to the studio. Then a couple of days later I came over with her and brought the large parts. I got the whole thing put together in less than an hour. It was actually fairly easy with good instructions and tools that came with the chair. Now Becky has a new comfortable chair for her studio work space.
