Two Years Ago

It was two years ago today, March 11th 2020, that the World Health Organization declared officially that covid-19 was now a worldwide global pandemic. Everything changed. The world was upended and the future was unclear. More than five million people have died around the world and nearly a million in the US. More than any other country. Probably because we had a moron for president who was saying it was going to just disappear without anyone doing anything about it.

The virus was first seen in China a few months earlier and trump tried to blame them and even call it the china virus but of course there was a lot more to it than that and since then over 450 million people around the world have been infected. Trump didn't want it to affect his chances for reelection and his inaction and blame deflection almost assured him of his upcoming defeat. 

His followers became the anti-vaxxers and mask zombies that would ensure the virus mutated and spent more time killing Americans and other people around the world. He was the very stable genius that wanted people to inject themselves with disinfectants like bleach. 

It was going to be hard two years but fortunately trump would be gone when 2021 got started but of course he would continue to make trouble and act stupid along with his sheep.
