Honey Spelt Bread

Becky's baked bread this week was another delicious rustic loaf that was created through a process of using a soaker, a sponge and the dough.

It called for using spelt which is an ancient grain that has been cultivated for many thousands of years and has recently had a resurgence in popularity and use.

This bread was very good and she did a fine job baking it. We had it with a homemade soup for dinner.

Looking forward to having it for breakfast tomorrow too.
