This Time Last Year

This time last year I was recovering from a dislocated shoulder that I got when I tripped over Clara and landed on the ground. Banged up my knee too. It's really only been a few months now that I don't feel any discomfort in my shoulder. It took a long time to completely heal. It also took some serious physical therapy too.
