Becky's been making Christmas cookies the past several days as is usual this time of year. This year she did something different. She did a lot of prep work earlier than usual. She made a lot of cookie dough and then put it in the freezer for later use. She did that for several kinds of cookies.
Then she took the dough out of the freezer and baked the cookies after cutting them up. This made a big difference in the amount of time she spent on cookies as it got closer and closer to Christmas.
She also didn't make quite as many different kinds of cookies this year as she has done in the past.
She was doing some of the prep work a week before Christmas
