Glass of Beer - Idyll Days Pilsner

Idyll Days Pilsner, an unfiltered Belgian style lager, from Ommegang Brewery, NY which is of course one of my all time favorite breweries. This is a very full flavored but smooth and subtle with that distinctive Belgian yeast that characterizes many of the beers coming out of Ommegang's cellars. Awesome beer. Love it.

This is one of several pint cans of New York beers that Sean brought to me on his recent weekend visit. Looking forward to checking out the rest of that stash.

Very intense reading material too.
