A painful Sunday morning with the ice pack. I didn't sleep well last night. I don't like sleeping on my back and I couldn't roll over to my side. I tried it but that didn't work too well. More pain and I could feel that I was off. Sometimes I just like to get out of bed and sit in a chair.
All day today I felt pain around the incision area. Sometimes a dull ache and more often a sharp burning sensation on the wound itself. The ice pack doesn't seem to help. I've been taking lots of ibuprofen for the pain and discomfort.
It's been a help to be watching tennis and basketball tournaments on TV.
