Wednesday was a painful day. I'm still taking the narcotic hydrocodene pills I got from the hospital on Monday. I supposed to take one pill every 6 hours as needed for pain. They gave me 12 pills and I'm trying to be careful with them. Three a day since Monday. Tomorrow is probably the last day I will take any of them and leave a couple for possible relapses later.
These pills have made me feel weird and I have still had a lot of discomfort. It has made me constipated too. I haven't moved my bowels since Sunday night. That's got to be a record for me. I've been taking the powdered laxative too but nothing happening yet.
Becky took the bandage off today. I was in a lot of pain. I have been using a bunch of tylenol every day too.
Today was also the hernia surgery for my nephew Eric. I've been talking with my sister Cathy about his situation. He had surgery about eight months ago and something had gone wrong with the mesh. It came apart or out of place. Now he had to have it redone.
