Clearing Some Shelves

Over the past few days Becky and I have been working on a project of clearing out some shelves in the kitchen cabinet. I would start with one shelf while Becky was upstairs working in her studio. I would take everything out and sort through it. There were lots of food items with expired use by dates. I separated them from the ones still good.

Then Becky came down and went through everything. We tossed out most of the expired items. Then we reorganized what remained and put them back on the shelf. I also went through the jars in the basement shelves and put a lot of them upstairs in the space we had made in the kitchen shelves.

We've done several shelves but there is still more to do.
