I wanted to get the work done quickly but it was hard to get an appointment at the Delaware Ave center where I usually go. I would have to wait almost a week. Instead I went over to the little used Quest office that was added to the Northwest Buffalo Community Center in Black Rock off of Hertel Avenue near Military. I got an appointment there right away. There were times available throughout the day. I was in and out in about 15 minutes total. Plenty of parking too.
