First WOW This Year

Tonight we went to our first Parkside neighborhood Wine on Wednesday. We brought a bottle Mondavi cabenet sauvignon that has been sitting in our wine drawer since some time last year when Val brought it to our house for a dinner.

We had missed the first six WOWs this year because of my surgery recovery and our vacation to the Adirondacks. A lot of folks were happy to see us and asked about why we hadn't attended any of the other WOWs. So I spent some time explaining my recent health issues.

We did have a wonderful time and Marlene was a great hosts as usual. I had many conversations with many people throughout the evening and met a few new people too. Looking forward to more of the upcoming WOWs.
