London Day Three - The Tate Britain and Minding the Gap

Following our long morning at the Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew we took the train over to the Westminster neighborhood and a visit to the Tate Britain Museum. This gallery had a very large collection of Turner paintings. Becky was also interested in seeing their Blake Collection but it wasn't up at the time because of the preparations for a larger show coming up on the schedule.

We had another day of riding the tube and minding the gap. We really did enjoy riding the London underground again. We took the tube back to the hotel, arrived around 3:30 pm and took a nap. It was a long day between the botanical gardens and the art museum and we had plans for our last night in London.

We also liked very much that all of the museums in London were free of charge to the public.
