Family Party @ Katie's

We had heard from Dan about bringing Rita down to see us at Katie's house. He also said his son Nick was home from college in Scranton for the weekend and wanted to see us too. We decided on Saturday afternoon because most of the weekend was going to have bad rainy weather. Cathy wanted us all to come up to her house for a family get-together but we had been driving for two days and really wanted to stay put. They were coming to us. So Cathy and Al came down too. I tried calling Betsy but couldn't get through to her.

So Dan and Rita came down and Dan brought a very large tomato pie. It was actually very tasty. Katie had some ribs and other soul food delivered from Deke's in Germantown which is one of our favorites.

Everyone hung out together for several hours and we had a wonderful time.
