Bloodhounds - A Mystery Novel

Bloodhounds by Peter Lovesey, 1996. This is the fourth book in the Peter Diamond detective series. I finished this book today and it took me a little less than two weeks to read it. I enjoyed it very much and I seem to like these Peter Lovesey mystery novels more and more as I read each new one.

There are 22 novels in this series and I could really see myself working my way through them. He also has an interesting series of 8 books in a series he wrote in the 1970's about a Victorian-era English detective that is probably worth checking out. 

I actually started reading this the day of my surgery and it was a good book to read during my recovery time period. Something to take my attention away from the pain and discomfort of the past couple of weeks.
