Glass of Beer - Old Man Winter

Yes indeed... Old Man Winter, a seasonal winter ale from Southern Tier Brewing, NY. Very well balanced with some nice hop taste coming from the British ale tradition.

I have this beer many times over the past eight years or so. I love Southern Tier and I should do a post just on this wonderful local brewery. I've had at least 25 of their beers.

I got out that book Catch-22 to read again. It's been awhile. The last time I read it was in 1973 and I wonder if my perspective on it has changed over the years.
