I retired from Canisius College 4 years ago today. Becky retired from UB a month later. We were fortunate to have a few years to travel, explore restaurants, parks and museums, see live music and spend a lot of time with family and friends and especially our grandchildren before the consequences of the 2016 election and the resulting incompetence and corruption has taken such a toll on our country.
Last year at this time we were in Dublin, London and Edinburgh. Two years ago we were in London and Paris. This year we had planned to be in Rome again. Hopefully America can vote ourselves back to normal with some real leadership and a return to democracy. We also want to get back to safe traveling.
