Guinness Beef Stew

Becky made some wonderful Guinness Beef Stew this evening for dinner. It was delicious and a nice celebration of my Irish heritage on St. Patrick's Day. Had some Guinness Stout too and we also finished up some of her amazing Irish Soda Bread... her slightly Americanized version that taste so good.
