Eggs & Potatoes

Tonight for dinner we had some scrambled eggs and potatoes along with a nice avocado salad. Becky hasn't made any eggs for a meal in quite some time so this was a treat and it was very good. And of course I enjoyed it with some of that delicious Trader Joe's sriracha BBQ sauce.
