Becky and I went out to dinner tonight on Allen Street at one of our favorite restaurants that we have gone to many times over the years... Cafe 59. It was also First Friday and the neighborhood was parked up. But there was some nice evening weather as we walked down Franklin St to Allen. We first stopped at a art gallery to see a show of the work of Becky's friend Barbara. It was a small space and very cramped so we did not spend a lot of time there after greeting Barbara and Brian.
Then we went across the street for dinner. It was a little later than we usually go there to eat and it was also a Friday night so it was crowded and service although always good was a little slower than usual. Becky had a Buffalo chicken finger wrap with those wonderful potato wedges and I had a harvest wrap and potatoes. Wonderful food.
I had some Southern Tier Pumpking on tap. It was my first time having any pumpkin beer this season. I followed that up with a Six Point Crisp German pilsner. Becky had an Allagash White.
I took this photo of my dinner and sorry that it turned out to look like I had a ketchup dinner. LOL.
