Dried Plants that Lasted

A couple of days before Christmas Todd went out with the kids and came back with a couple of beautiful dried flower bouquets for Becky. They looked great in vases on the dining room table and side table. They lasted a very long time and looked good that entire time. 

Eventually now after two and a half months in our dining room Becky decided they were starting to wither and it was time to put them in the backyard to compost in the wayback. It was a nice day and she walked back there and put the greens in the flower bed where they will be part of the coming year's garden. 

I took this picture of the plants and sent a copy to Todd with a thank you that they lasted so long.
