Southern Tier Brewing

Another one of my favorite breweries. Founded and located in Western New York near Lakewood NY in 2002 as an innovative craft beer brewery. They significantly expanded their operation in 2009 due to their success including an ever expanding assortment of seasonal beers.

Over the years I've been very fond of some of their beers. Their 8 Days A Week blonde ale has become a staple for us, a go to beer that is "infinitely drinkable" as they say on the can. It is easy to find on the shelves of our grocery stores in handy 8 packs. There is also Ruby Red 8 Days A Week, a nice grapefruit blonde ale.

At the other end their seasonal Warlock Imperial Stout is dark and spicy and their seasonal Pumking Imperial Pumpkin Ale is something I eagerly look forward to every Fall. The Pumking Nitro

Maybe the first of their beers that I've had would be their regular IPA. It's a standby. There is also the very hoppy double IPA called naturally 2XIPA. I also like and regularly drink their variety of IPA's such as Nu Juice IPA, Lake Shore Fog and Live Session Pale Ale. They come together in a nice variety pack. I've also liked their seasonal Old Man Winter Ale.

They have several different variety packs depending on the season. We get them regularly.

It was also interesting looking at my entries for Southern Tier in my Untappd app. I had lots of checkins.
