Irish Soda Bread

Becky made some delicious Irish soda bread today and of course we had to have some right out of the oven. 

She made some last year around St. Patrick's Day but this one was even better. She tweaked the recipe a little bit. She made it a little sweeter and left out the caraway seeds. Added a few more raisins. 

We'll have some more for breakfast tomorrow morning.
