Black Friday Afternoon

The other day in the afternoon, Black Friday, the Katie and Todd came over with the kids. I was feeling much better and I had really enjoyed the Thanksgiving dinner the previous night at Dave and Donna's house. And seeing the kids too. I wanted to see more of them and I really missed not having them stay with us for at least some of the holiday weekend.

It was kind of funny to see the looks on their faces when they came into the house and did not see the Castle and other toys in their usual spot in front of the fireplace. Violet especially had a forlorn look on her face. What a frown. Henry and Clara went upstairs with me and we came down with the necessary toys and all was well. They played with them all afternoon. They also played with the many stuffed animals and were especially happy with Pet Pet.

They also wanted to go upstairs to the bedroom and play with the boxes of Legos.
