60 Albums 1987
Back in 1987 I was still working at the art store, raising a daughter and enjoying music. The John Hiatt album sounded clean and simple and probably got the most play of any record on this list. I enjoyed the new Springsteen record that sounded more quietly focused after the production excess of his previous one. Discovered Blue Rodeo and the Long Ryders. R.E.M, Los Lobos, X, The Cure, Steve Earle, Marshall Crenshaw and so many others were continuing to put out wonderful albums.
