60 Albums 1995

60 albums from 1995. This was another year that a bunch of great albums didn't quickly rise to the top of my list.  There were plenty of good albums but I wasn't really blown away by much in 1995. I went with Chris Isaak because that album got a lot of play from me immediately and has continued through the years. A few others here like the Emmylou Harris and the Wondermints grew on me intensely over the years.

For me it was overall a pretty good year for folky and Americana stuff and also for power pop and Brit pop. There wasn't a whole lot of challenging releases that made a big impression on me and made it into my collection.
